Either way, you'll get a four-tier layered composition (anti-scratch, oleophobic coating, heat resistance, and electrostatic adhesion), so your iPhone will always be protected. To apply this tempered glass start by adding the UV glue to the center of the device. Then put the tempered glass on and spread the UV glue by pushing and tapping at the tempered glass. When the glue is fully spread out and all air bubbles have been moved out using the UV light to finish the adhesion.
