*LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Fixez, we understand the importance of providing reliable and high-quality products to our customers. Fixez offers a *limited lifetime replacement warranty on all parts, available exclusively to recurring clients with consistent monthly orders. For clients who no longer maintain the same or similar monthly order volume or are non-recurring monthly customers, the warranty is limited to 60 days, covering refunds, exchanges, or store credit. However, if the replacement warranty period has expired, we may offer a discounted refund at our discretion as a courtesy to our customers.
Here is an overview of our warranty policy for different products:
Parts: We sell a wide range of parts, and each part comes with a *Limited Lifetime warranty. This gives our clients peace of mind that they can rest assured that if there are any issues that occur with the part in the future, they can return the part to us for a store credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange. The only condition that may make the part not eligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.
Service Pack Return Policy: Service packs can be returned only if they are "Product Not Needed" or "Wrong Item Ordered." These items are directly sourced from the manufacturer and have undergone rigorous quality testing, making defects highly unlikely. Any issues that arise from installation damage are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, once the service packs have been installed, they are no longer eligible for warranty coverage/refund.
Batteries: All our batteries come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase, as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. If any issues arise, customers can return the battery to us within the one-year period for a store credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange.
Tools: We also sell a variety of tools, and each tool comes with a 30-day warranty period. This covers any manufacturing defects with the tools, and customers can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for a store credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Fixez, we understand that returning a product can be an inconvenience, and we strive to make the process as seamless and hassle-free as possible for our customers. We accept returns for both wholesale and retail accounts, but we do charge a 20% restocking fee for retail customers. This fee covers the additional costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. However, we do not charge restocking fees for our wholesale customers if the the products are brand-new and in resaleable condition. We believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in all our business practices, which is why we clearly communicate our restocking fee policies to our customers. There will be a 10% restocking fee if the packaging is damaged.
If you would like to exchange a product instead of receiving a store credit back, please contact us promptly upon receipt of the email indicating that your return has been processed. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process. Please note that we do not charge any reshipping fee for exchanged products, and we will ship the new product to you free of charge via FedEx Ground or USPS First Class shipping, depending on the item.
REFUNDS
At Fixez, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products and exceptional service. We accept returns for both wholesale and retail accounts under the following guidelines:
Retail Accounts: •Restocking Fee for Retail Customers: A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned items to cover processing and restocking costs.
Wholesale Accounts •No Restocking Fee Under Normal Circumstances: Wholesale customers will not be charged a restocking fee under normal circumstances.
After 14 Days:
•Store Credit: Wholesale customers returning items after 14 days from the original purchase date can receive store credit with no restocking fee.
•Refunds: Wholesale customers opting for a refund instead of store credit after 14 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Restocking Fee for Missing or Damaged Packaging:
•Fixez may assess a 10% restocking fee if the return contains a significant number of items with missing or damaged packaging.
General Return Policies:
•Non-Returnable Products: Products that are no longer stocked or were purchased over 60 days ago are not eligible for return.
•Shipping Costs: All shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where a package is returned to Fixez via the “Return to Sender” method, an additional shipping charge ranging from $4.99 to $9.99 will be applied, depending on the cost incurred.
Damaged Products:
If a part arrives damaged, customers must inform us on the same day of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping box. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or refusal of the return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS
To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these instructions:
- If you have an account with us, log in to your account and go to "My Account".
- Click on "Product Return".
- Select "Submit New RMA".
- Fill out all the necessary fields, including the product ID/name, quantity, and reason for the return.
- If you have an LCDBuyback request, please add it to the RMA form.
- Select the address you will be sending the product from.
- This will allow us to track your return package without any paper trail.
