Fixez wants you to be happy with your purchase and is pleased to provide you with a Lifetime Warranty on all our repair parts (excluding consumables), provided there is no physical damage. (examples: damaged LCD, torn flex cables, super glue, adhesives etc). All items purchased after 5/24/2019.
Returns/Exchanges shall be processed in a timely manner to better serve our customers needs. Please allow for 3-4 business days for processing from the date of delivery.
Arrangements for a return (merchandise not needed) must be made within 30 days of the original receipt date (this is when the package arrives in your hands, not when you place the order).
Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Fixez.com for a refund if "not needed". Make sure to inspect your repair parts carefully upon receipt. Before sending anything back you must contact Fixez.com via our RMA Module on the site. You will log in, go to my account, click on the order you wish to RMA, click on the RMA button and move through the RMA process. If you do not have an account, you must contact Fixez.com by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a manual return authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An RMA number does not imply that credit or exchange will be given, it is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Fixez.com is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to Fixez.com without the proper authorization and paperwork may take additional time to process the return. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get it taken care of.
Return postage is firmly the responsibility of the sender. Any packages sent back to Fixez via Return to Sender method will be charged the additional shipping cost in the amount of $4.99-$9.99 depending on the final cost incurred.
Once a return has been received and approved, Fixez will issue a store credit or exchange as noted on the RMA Form. A refund to the original form of payment for the current cost of the part(s) can be done if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the defective item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit at the current cost of item(s) will be issued.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on the repair tools that we sell.
We are not accepting any returns on PPE including regular Masks, KN95 Masks, and Hand Sanitizers. No exceptions.
ACCEPTING LIGHT SCRATCHES
Fixez understands that normal wear and tear on your device is typical and if it is not the cause of the defect, we want to continue to assist you in getting your exchange handled. Light scratches that do not pertain to the defect will now be accepted under our Lifetime Warranty.
NO ADDITIONAL FEES (RESTOCKING)
Fixez will not charge a restocking fee for returned items that are not needed (non-defective). We would like to do everything we can to assist without hassle. There are no restocking fees, however, if an item is not needed, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
