Fixez wants you to be happy with your purchase and is pleased to provide you with a Lifetime Warranty on all our repair parts (excluding consumables), provided there is no physical damage. (examples: scratches, damaged LCD, torn flex cables, super glue, adhesives etc)
Arrangements for a return (merchandise not needed) must be made within 30 days of the original receipt date (this is when the package arrives in your hands, not when you place the order).
Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Fixez.com. Make sure to inspect your repair parts carefully upon receipt. All non-defective parts returned to Fixez.com for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($5 minimum), and shipping charges will not be refunded. Before sending anything back you must contact Fixez.com via our RMA Module on the site. You will log in, go to my account, click on the order you wish to RMA, click on the RMA button and move through the RMA process. If you do not have an account, you must contact Fixez.com by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a manual return authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An RMA number does not imply that credit or exchange will be given, it is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Fixez.com is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to Fixez.com without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee (25% or $5 minimum) or be returned to the sender at his or her own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without an RMA and may be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get it taken care of.
Once a return has been received and approved, Fixez will issue a store credit or exchange as noted on the RMA Form. A refund to the original form of payment for the current cost of the part(s) can be done if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the defective item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit at the current cost of item(s) will be issued.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on the repair tools that we sell.
