Registration & Your Account
 

Do I need to register for an account?
You do not have to register for an account, but we do encourage it. Registering at Fixez.com will allow you to checkout faster, check the status of your orders and also view past invoices. You can register online or you can start shopping straight away and set up your account during the check out process, whichever suits you best. 

How do I change information in My Account?
Once registered, you will be able to log into My Account anytime. Here you will be able to change your password, delivery information, and email address or e-mail preferences. 

What is the Fixez.com Newsletter?
To stay connected and current on all information, such as special offers, new products, and industry news, sign up to receive our newsletter. You can do this by registering for an account or by using the link on the lower right of the homepage.  

How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account by sending an e-mail to support@fixez.com. Your account will be reviewed and cancelled within 3-5 business days.

Payment & Order 
 

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Absolutely! Fixez.com understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

When will my credit card be charged?
Once your credit card is authorized, payment will be taken. A confirmation email will then follow, sent to the email address entered in My Account or in the Guest check out.  If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and you will be notified by a message on the screen that the authorization has failed. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Fixez.com currently accepts purchase orders from educational institutes and government entities. You can email purchase orders to support@fixez.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Fixez.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all orders.

Do you charge sales tax on any parts?
Fixez.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Nevada. Sales tax in the state of Nevada is 8.1%; the appropriate charges will be added to and displayed on your final order confirmation. 

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed/confirmed it cannot be canceled. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Once you receive your order please contact us so we can issue you a RMA; this will allow you to return the order for a refund. If you have any questions please contact us at support@fixez.com.

Delivery
 

Do you deliver to my country?
Fixez.com enables customers worldwide to fix their mobile gadgets. We ship to many countries around the world including, but not limited to, Canada, Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. To see a full list of countries that we accept orders from and ship to, please visit our Delivery Information page. 

Has my order been shipped?
As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please check your order status on either www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If you have any questions please contact us at support@fixez.com. 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship orders every day to military personnel posted in various locations around the world. Please make sure you provide the correct billing information when placing the order. 

What can cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your credit card company/bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. You may also experience a delay if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address.

Returns & Refunds 
 

How do I return a part?
Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Fixez.com. Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt. Returned items that are not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, minimum of $5.00 (NO EXCEPTIONS). You must contact Fixez.com, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A RMA number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be given. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Fixez.com is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to Fixez.com without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee (25% or $5 minimum) or be returned to the sender at his or her own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on repair tools that we sell. 

I have a faulty item!
At Fixez.com, we pride ourselves on the quality of our parts. Each item is carefully examined and tested before we ship it out. In the rare instance that you have received a faulty part contact us via email at support@fixez.com so we can assist you. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT PART WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED. We deal with the manufacturers directly to insure you receive high-quality replacement parts at competitive prices. If you have a question in regards to the part you need to order or our Disassemble Guides please feel free to contact us. 

The item received was not the right one!
If somehow you have received the wrong part, we apologize for the inconvenience and want you to know this happens infrequently. We will get the right part out to you as soon as you bring it to our attention. However, if you have ordered the incorrect part, you are responsible for returning it to us safely in faultless condition. Once we have received the part back and determine it has not been used or damaged, we will send the new part out to you. Please make sure to verify you are ordering the exact replacement part required to fix your device. 

Have you received my return?
As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you have not received this email within 30 days of shipping your order back to us, please email support@fixez.com. Please make sure to obtain shipping confirmation from the courier you used to return your order and note the return label number for your own records. 

When will I receive my refund?
It normally takes 5-7 business days for your return to reach Fixez.com. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it could take additional time for it to post to your account.

Are the parts you carry OEM?
All of our replacement parts and accessories are from the original manufacturer and are subject to stringent quality control testing. Unlike many online suppliers, are parts are 100% brand new and original. We do not sell any refurbished parts. 

Do you have a repair manual for X?
Possibly! We are disassembling new, and old, gadgets all of the time. Try searching for it or browse our archive of manuals. If you do not find a manual for your smartphone or tablet then send an email to support@fixez.com and we will add it to our list. 

Can I really fix X myself?
Perhaps! Every repair is different, so it just depends on how well your skill level matches the task. Review our detailed disassemble guides and repair videos to make sure the repair procedure matches your skill level. 

Where can I get the tools I need to repair my phone?
We provide comprehensive disassemble guides that list the required tools to repair your smartphone or tablet. We sell all the required tools at fixez.com, along with chargers and accessories, for such brands as Apple, HTC, LG, Motorola and Samsung.
